This past weekend the counter on my camera rolled over, meaning that I have taken over 10000 photos with my camera since I got it, about a year ago on September 27th, 2008. (Of course, Jeremy stole my camera occasionally. )
My camera hit 10,000 photos while shooting Mark and Lindsay’s wedding with Mandy!

I had lots of fun hanging out and shooting my aunt’s grandkids a few weeks ago! It was all serious business as you can see.

So four months ago, on Friday, March 13th, 2009, Jeremy and I sat in a little conference room with a basket of pens and another of little candies in front of us. Trent was sitting across from us as he and Jeremy were munching on some fresh chocolate chip cookies, while I sipped some tea. There was another guy there. We made small talk as we waited for a fifth guy, Sean who was scuttling in and out of the conference room with various papers. Occaisionally he would put four of five copies of a paper in front of Jeremy and I, and we would sign them. Sometimes he would hand something to the other guy or to Trent. We asked a few questions, but had already sorted most of the stuff out, so there weren’t really any questions left. Sean finally comes back and says ‘that’s it, you can go now.’

So were you wondering what was that ’super secret project’ of mine that I mentioned a few weeks ago?
My Life, Ramblings »
By the sweat of your brow
you will eat your food
until you return to the ground,
since from it you were taken;
for dust you are
and to dust you will return.
Genesis 3:19
It’s funny how death makes you think about life. It is only five days into 2009 and I have a second funeral to attend. Last Friday I attended a service commemorating my friend’s grandmother. I did not know the one who had passed on, but I went so that I could support my friend and her family.
This week I will be attending services for my grandmother-in-law, Doris Weber.
