This past weekend the counter on my camera rolled over, meaning that I have taken over 10000 photos with my camera since I got it, about a year ago on September 27th, 2008. (Of course, Jeremy stole my camera occasionally. )

My camera hit 10,000 photos while shooting Mark and Lindsay’s wedding with Mandy!

In the past year my camera has done a lot of work:

I have been a second shooter at five weddings, four with Mandy and one with Stacy.

God has blessed me tremendously and I’d say my first year with my D90 was a pretty good one. My prayer is that I become a better photographer and a better person and that I will always use what I have been given to praise Him and to touch others.

There are so many genuine smiling faces on the other side of your lens! I find myself wishing there were some event that I could get you to come take photos for.
